daughter of Melbourne artist and exercise guru,

Eleanor
Griffiths.

Shaula
was the youngest Victorian to gain her A.Mus.A at the age of 14 (then
Shaula Griffiths), and 2 years later was the youngest Victorian to gain
her L.Mus.A
Shaula has toured England, Scotland, Italy, Tokyo and around Australia at
international hotels including Hilton, Sofitel, Windsor, Meridian, Regent,
and The Crown Casino as a singer and pianist and has
performed many times on television.

As composer, she has written 'School Rox' for the company 'Play on Words'

Her company,
River Productions, has produced
some 20 CDs including 4 original albums of Shaula’s. She has adjudicated
voice, choral, piano and drama eisteddfods and has been teaching piano and
voice for 25 years.

Shaula Salathé returned to Melbourne after completing the Sydney season of
‘The Phantom of the Opera’ where she covered the role of Carlotta.
Previous to that she toured Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane with Jill
Perryman and Warren Mitchell in ‘Hello, Dolly!” |

Her golden voice (Phantom of the Opera) teamed with her extraordinary
musical talent (concert pianist, composer, arranger) reaches an ethereal
level when teamed with the glorious sounds of the ancient Celtic harp.

Shaula lives with her husband, 2 sons, 2 St.Bernards and Renoir the cat in
the rainforest of The Dandenongs and as a composer, premieres her first
full-length musical,
“School Rox”, at Ararat College in August.
